November 15, folks, a new collection of Arthur Russell songs will be released through Audika Records. I am so honoured and humbled to have been recruited to help put this collection together. Working with Arthur’s long-time partner Tom Lee as well as Steve Knutson of Audika Records, I went through countless hours of old tapes, extracting songs, editing songs together, and doing some additional mixing. As a huge admirer of Arthur’s work, it was an absolute dream job. And in my humble opinion, some of Arthur’s finest work appears on this collection . . . Iowa Dream. AWESOME!!!
